Cutting Line (Red Lines)
The red lines indicate the final dimension where the custom paper sheets or rolls will be mechanically sliced. To ensure your critical design features—such as logos, badges, or brand names—are not inadvertently sliced during high-speed production cutting, keep all vital design elements at least 0.125 inches inside this line.
Bleed Area (Blue Lines)
The bleed area represents the safety margin extending past the final trim parameters. For full-coverage background graphics or continuous step-and-repeat wallpaper patterns, design elements must extend completely to the blue boundary lines. Providing an extra 0.125 inches of bleed artwork prevents unprinted raw white paper edges if subtle shifts occur on the printing press.
